When: Saturday, MAY 11, 2019
Where: NORTH CENTRAL PARK, Laredo Texas
Schedule: 6:30am-7:00am Check-In and On Site Registration, 8:00am 5K Run & Walk
Parking: Free parking is available at North Central Park Parking Lot
Events: 5K Run & Walk for Ages 4 and Up - Children 6 and under must have adult supervision with them on the course. This is a family friendly event so families are encouraged to participate together. Strollers are allowed on the course but should seed themselves at the back of the starting pack. For the safety of all participants, pets are not allowed on the event course. Exceptions for service animals will be made on a case by case basis.
Course: 5K Course will be explained on Race Day and cones set up along course.

5K – Age group awards
Age Groups:
(14 and under), (15 to 19), (20 to 29), (30 to 39), (40 to 49), (50 to 59), (60+) Age group Awards are based on Chip Time, you do not have to seed yourself at the front!
Fees:
5K Runner - $20.00 Medal for 5K Run Division Winners
5K Walker - $20.00
LATE REGISTER ( DAY OF EVENT ) $25.00
Shirts: Shirts will be distributed at packet pickup. First 100 Pre registers will receive a race shirt and goodie bag. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed and may not be exact, but we will do our very best to accommodate your requested size. Shirt sizes are on a first come first serve basis.
Packet Pickup: 4810 Maher Street (8:00am to 6:00pm)
Race Day Registration: There will be onsite registration available at the race site from 6:30am -7:30am.
Timing: Swift Timing will provide timing for the 5K Run. Swift Timing uses only state-of-the-art equipment. You will be issued a race bib with a disposable timing chip attached during Packet Pickup. You will not be asked to stand in a long line at the event waiting for someone to give you a shoe chip. You will also not be chased down by someone trying to cut-off your chip after the event.
